Arckon Store PH (“Arckon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. We process personal information in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its implementing rules, and other applicable laws.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

• Identity and contact details: name, email address, phone number, shipping or pickup details, billing information, and account profile information.
• Order information: products, sizes, colors, quantities, order history, delivery address, courier and tracking details, returns, refunds, and customer-support records.
• Payment information: selected payment method, payment status, transaction references, and any proof of payment you upload. Card or wallet credentials entered through PayPal are processed by PayPal and are not stored by us.
• Communications: messages sent through our contact form, email correspondence, newsletter subscription, and other feedback you provide.
• Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device type, timestamps, security logs, pages or features used, and similar technical information made available by your browser, hosting provider, or service providers.
• Local website data: cart and wishlist contents, authentication session information, and preferences stored in your browser so that core store features work.

3. HOW AND WHY WE USE INFORMATION

• process payments, confirm orders, arrange delivery or pickup, provide tracking, and handle returns, exchanges, refunds, and support;

• payment providers such as PayPal and providers supporting QR or other payment methods;
• couriers, delivery partners, and pickup or fulfillment providers;

• professional advisers, insurers, regulators, courts, law enforcement, or government authorities where required or permitted by law; and

Some providers may process information outside the Philippines. Where this occurs, we remain accountable for the transfer and require appropriate privacy and security safeguards consistent with applicable law.

5. COOKIES AND LOCAL STORAGE

Our website uses browser storage and similar technologies that are necessary for functions such as sign-in, security, cart and wishlist persistence, checkout, and remembering dismissed prompts. Third-party payment features may use their own cookies or similar technologies under their privacy policies. You may clear or block browser storage through your browser, but parts of the store may then stop working correctly.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including fulfillment, customer service, fraud prevention, and legal, tax, accounting, warranty, and dispute requirements.
